When we say “genre fiction”, we mean things like fantasy, science fiction, mystery, and romance. “Uplifting genre fiction” are stories of these types that bring their readers something special. Not all uplifting fiction has a pure ‘happily ever after’, but it does take the reader outside of their problems and leave them feeling hopeful. It is not the same thing as ‘cozy’, but most cozy fiction falls into this category.

On the writing side of things, Knight Sky Publishing, LLC is a new kind of publisher.

It is our goal to reduce the stress that comes with self-publishing, so that you can get your work out there. This means connecting new and established authors with the editors, cover designers, and other professionals so that they can get their polished books into the hands of readers.

Authors who choose to work with Knight Sky Publishing retain their IP. At this time, we do not handle distribution, but if we ever expand to that point it is our solemn promise that long-term control of IP will never be part of our business model.
